List WinGet in Windows installers

The readme says that it's possible to install dua via Scoop:

However, since #256, it's now possible to install via WinGet as well. A lot of people prefer to use WinGet since it's included in Windows out of the box. Since this feature is already available, it would be a good idea to list it as an option for Windows users to ease adoption.
