Rewrote the entire HotChocolate v16 resolver performance documentation for clarity and flow. Improved transitions, reduced choppiness, and made the content more accessible while preserving all technical details, examples, and v16-specific guidance. Final section (CPU-heavy work, streaming, benchmarking, troubleshooting) now matches the improved style of the rest of the document.
- Updated endpoint exposure guidance to clarify production security measures and audience access.
- Revised error exposure section to emphasize safe error handling and logging practices.
- Improved introspection and schema download controls to ensure proper schema discovery management.
- Clarified prerequisites and production policies for schema visibility and developer access.
- Added details on Nitro tooling exposure and schema export processes for CI/CD environments.
- Updated section titles for consistency and clarity in metrics, OpenTelemetry, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Enhanced explanations regarding the use of spans and metrics, emphasizing the importance of safe data handling and low-cardinality metrics.
- Improved guidance on configuring tracing and instrumentation, including examples and best practices for production environments.
- Added notes on avoiding sensitive data exposure in telemetry and the significance of reviewing request extensions.
- Clarified the process for building actionable dashboards and the importance of using attributes for monitoring.
