Changing IP of network device result breaks it

It seems like WireGuard device can't connect to edge (proxy) after changing IP in core.

Even though I can access https://public-enrollment.xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx via web

Changing IP to 10.6.0.17 doesn't resolve this issue.

This seems to happen at random and be caused by our network infrastructure rather than a bug.
