Vibrate on button press setting is ineffective

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Settings > Vibrate on button press and insure that it is switched on.
2. Press one or more buttons on the calculator keypad.
3. Notice that no vibration accompanies the button presses.

Expected behavior

A vibration accompanying each button press.

Actual behavior

No vibration accompanies button presses. However, a vibration is generated on a long press of the C button regardless of Vibrate on button press setting state.

Additional information

Samsung's stock calculator does generate a vibration accompanying each button press, so the issue is clearly not a matter of a device setting muting vibrations.
