Feature description

Option to scroll vertically in monthly view by 1 week up or down rather than the whole month at once

Why do you want this feature?

It is sometimes convenient to be able to see next 4 weeks from the current date at the same time (e.g. in the middle of a month one would be able to see a second half of current month and a first half of next).

Also, about the second feature, it's currently in the app, and it works the same as in Google Calendar. There's no year next to the month in the current year, but in other years there is.

Please keep only the first point from your feature request.

Thunderbird calls this the "multiple weeks" view, and allows configuring how many weeks to show. Would be very nice to have something similar in Fossify.

Seconded. I am interested in a rolling week view (with this week at the top). I think this request solves this.

I’ve shown visually what I want the calendar to be able to do, in the app view and in the widget:

I second this, and extend the request to the weekly view as well. Besides being able to define the number of days to show (already available), another option to define the number of days to scroll would be helpful.
That way you can have a visual "foothold" when scrolling, because the rightmost days will then be displayed on the left first, rather than being replaced completely.

I'd also like this. To me it doesn't make sense to scroll the month view horizontally because it duplicates screen space for days repeated in the first and last week of the month.
