Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Phone app set as default phone app
2. Call incoming

Expected behavior

Call should notify and vibrate on the phone and watch (OnePlus Watch 3)

Actual behavior

1. No notification / vibration / smartwatch notification anymore
2. Notification about missed call comes on smartwatch and smartphone
