Version selector does not work with a custom domain

Hi,

We are using Gitbook to publish a documentation for our open-source CMS and I tried to add our custom domain to the book and the version selector disappeared.

The gitbook root URL to query gitbook REST API is wrong: http://doc.witycms.creatiwity.net//gitbook/api/versions/branches?_=1457969416451

Not sure if you are still having this issue but we have it working on https://docs.feathersjs.com just fine.

In fact I didn't try recently, but maybe an update or something solved this problem. I'll try again and keep you in touch soon. Thank you!
