Investigate why some contents do not include formatting

This page https://support.hdfgroup.org/releases/hdf5/documentation/release_specific_info.md#hdf5-1.14 is not subject t the formatting as the rest of the site.

I will try to come back and investigate later. It would be nice if this matched the rest of the site.
