This can be written in any webframework: Django, Rails, etc. You can use angular, bootstrap or whatever frontend you want. Personally, I think angular helps with simple data manipulation.

University name | CTF? | CCDC? | Club? | Team? | Major? | Class? | Contact?
180+ schools do ccdc, try to find names
^^most don’t have clubs, could just be a class
Limit university name column to a set width, keep the design clean, doesn’t have to be a table. could be cooler. angular should make manipulating data and displaying it easier and quicker

Contact Dwayne Williams or Jessica Archer at National CCDC and ask if they can send you a list of all the schools nationwide that participated in CCDC last year
