Track and Visualize Cluster State History #74
Description
We want to be able to track and view the history of the cluster as it progresses through time to debug and diagnose issues.
- For now, save in memory on the front-end
- Track membership and node status
- Show cluster membership and node status in a chronological list available if the user selects a cluster history option in the UI
