Hi @benhartwich, This isn't currently possible. For offline payments, the ticket is sent, but without the QR code. It would be a nice option to have, so I'll add this to the roadmap. |

Hi,
is there any option to set the ticket mail (with the e-ticket) to manual instead of sending them automatically after each order? I can´t find any option. E.g. for offline payments it would be mandatory.
