jobdata unable to download data files #5

Hello,
When I am trying to access log file of a finished job I get the below error:
(lsf_pac) [XXX@XXX-login-01 pacclient]$ ./pacclient.py jobdata -l 1118
ls_rsetenv: A connect sys call failed: Connection refused
Can you please help to resolve the above issue?
