Feature Request: Add Auto Forum Management

With the release of discord forums, we should transition to using them to provide support. They allow for better triage, less clutter, and also allow for better searching.

Ideal features to be added:

• Automatic replying to opened threads. Possibly with a default reply snippet. (To auto request diagnostics?)
• Auto-close threads after a certain time period.
• Auto-tag based on key words (windows, linux, macos versions. wacom, huion, etc.)
