[SPRINT-01] Issue Kanban Board

Same filters as the List and Calendar view, but in a drag and drop style Kanban board with four columns:

1. Backlog
2. Blocked
3. In Progress
4. Complete

Dragging an item from one column to another will call updateIssue and actually change its status.
