In the original ofmetrics pipeline, I designed some plots to allow for basic inspection of data. These are not yet available for pose files, but would greatly assist in QC efficiency compared to rendering and watching full videos.
Plots used in the past:
- xy line plot (trace of all activity)
- velocity plot
- size plot (major and minor axis lengths)
In addition, there were some plots used in multimouse:
- 3 metrics over the course of a 4-day experiment
- identity separation (PCA centers vs frames vs tracklets)
