Summary HTML links omit the slash before the datasource name (/summariesfoo instead of /summaries/foo)

This URL omits the slash used by the summary controller's /summaries/<datasource> route. Generated HTML links therefore target paths such as /summariesfoo, while the RDF extension correctly emits /summaries/foo.
