NAM 50 Goals

• Redundant Adjacency Removal ([DLL] Remove redundant RUL2 adjacencies #493)
• SAM / Street network updates for the DLL era (New SAM metarules implementation, street network changes, & road roundabout metarules #504)
• NWM Diagonal Intersection Expansion Phase 2a

My current planned project is Phase 2a of the NWM Diagonal Intersection expansion, which is focused on T-intersections between Maxis surface networks and Single-Tile NWM networks. Coding is being designed with the DLL Era in mind.

Phase 2b is Single-Tile NWM x Single-Tile NWM T-intersections, but I'm currently planning on leaving that for a future development cycle (post-NAM 50).
