[Maintenance] - Calendar Review Bookings Bug

Figuring out why this event say it is waiting on my approval. I'm not in this team or a required member

Update: Someone in electronics is also seeing the same review booking as of 3/12 so I'm assuming may people see this

"This event has a scheduling conflict and requires approval." should show when ConflictStatus.PENDING, however this says the status is scheduled ?
