OS2forms sync modul not working

We have discovered that the OS2forms sync module does not work in the current version of Drupal.

Will you, in ITK, review and merge this PR (OS2Forms/os2forms_sync#14) and create a new version with the changes?

Our work in finding and fixing bugs in this fix can be considered a contribution to OS2, so there will be no charge for it.

Unfortunately, I had forgotten that issues had to be created here first. I apologize for that. But now it's here.

Reopened as it turns out that this issue is being used for tracking the moving of os2forms_sync to the contrib repository.
