how do you calculate your flops?

my result is
flops(G) 5.283031296
params(M) 3.085449
Total params: 3.12M
but the flops in your paper is 1.3G

we based our resolution on (256, 256) when calculating the flops following other papers in the field. could this be the reason leading to to the difference? we used common libraries such as facebooks fvcore and ptflops for the calculation.
