Document executor configuration through the UI, do not recommend configuring as properties or env vars #252
Description
With the catalog feature, it is now the recommended route to configure using the UI.
Setting properties or env vars is not going to work anymore as all the configuration is migrated in the database, and properties or env vars are ignored from that point onwards.
