[Feature]: Force re-reading of AGENTS.md after each compaction

Problem

Sadly, OC loses the plot despite this brilliant plugin. An option to force it to re-read AGENTS.md would help a lot!

Proposed Solution

When purge/compatcion is done, inject prompt re-read @AGENTS.md before you continue or someting like that. Controlled via a config option.
