Add older Unreals to `sync_files` workflow

Add older Unreal content to the sync_files workflow that is currently unhandled:

• Shiva Unreal
• Titan Unreal
• Leviathan Unreal
• Ultima Weapon Unreal
• Sephirot Unreal

These fights were added before sync_files existed. We may also want to look into a better way to organize content handled by sync_files as the amount continues to grow.

One tricky issue with doing this is that we cannot access old unreals for testing, and would be limited to testing against historical log files. I guess that really only matters in the event that an unreal trial ever cycles back around.

We can of course test any modification of the extreme timelines and triggers against a sync extreme to ensure consistency.

The problem currently is that we have changes that are being added to the EXs and not being reflected into the Unreals that aren't part of sync_files. We can use the IDs that are already in those Unreals to add them to sync_files and keep the desync from getting worse. If they ever get re-activated in-game, they will of course need to be double-checked anyways, regardless of adding them to sync_files or not.
