Move to gitlab.fdo?

Not a bug, just a question and I didn't know where else to do this :)

freedesktop.org has moved to a self-hosted gitlab instance, libinput is sitting there now. Gitlab is more-or-less the same as github, the UI looks different but the real differences are small.
