Any example of using ta for features in Trading_with_DQN notebook?

Hi Al. Yes, that'd be useful. For the book, I had to balance what is a minimal and practical example, and what is more advanced - it's always a compromise. That's why ta features aren't in. Here's a notebook, where ta features are used. If you want to suggest any edits to the trading notebook in chapter 11, I am happy to incorporate them (you'll be acknowledged obviously).
