Nether Chunks Won't load

Expected behavior

Normally in 1.21.8 the chunks spawned. Only when I upgraded to 1.21.10 this chunk won't spawn. If I login again, it spawns.

Observed/Actual behavior

As you can see, the chunk won't spawn and it's an massive void. After I re-login, it spawns.

Steps/models to reproduce

I travel by nether to one village in the overworld to another village in the overworld.

When it happens again, please run /paper debug chunks and attach the file created by that. The chunks dump is created in <server main folder>/debug/.

Hi, I’m also experiencing the same issue on Paper 1.21.10.
Nether chunks sometimes fail to load while traveling through the Nether, resulting in a large void area. After re-logging, the missing chunks appear normally.

Likely a duplicate of #13247. Should be fixed in the latest builds.
