(feat): missing hud editor functionality

need easier ways to configure huds

Describe the behaviour you'd like

• box select
  • like desktop, being able to make a box selection to grab and move multiple huds at once
• control click
  • like desktop as well, select all the huds you ctrl click on instead of deselecting the last one
• hud anchoring
  • being able to anchor multiple huds together, moving one moves them all
  • reasoning: sometimes i put hud elements close to each other to make them look like one element. i.e., in evergreenhud, i used to add a lot of padding for the coords hud and put my direction (N/E/S/W) inside the extra space. unfortunately, if i was at a really high X/Y, the padding would shift a lot and the direction, since it wasnt anchored to the coords hud, would then be placed incorrectly. if i was able to anchor the direction hud to the right edge of the padding, this wouldnt be an issue

flow:

1. right click element
2. in popup, anchor button
3. 9 buttons on all huds appear, one in each corner, one in the center of each edge, and one in the center
4. clicking on one anchors the hud to the new selected anchor
5. hovering over the hud element shows a line to show its anchor
6. right click to remove anchor

example from osu, the red line is the anchor point, showing the anchor from the center of the hud element to the center of the screen (in this game you can only anchor to screen positions rather than other hud elements but thats because of the wonky screen resizing shenanigans the game does in the hud editor and with custom settings - i dont think it would be useful for oneconfig? might be another thing to consider as well tho idk)
