build, make error: json11.lo

Hi guys.
I'm trying to build 5.0.1 version and I fail with:

Would somebody know how to fix it - bare in mind please, that a non-programmer is asking - perhaps with configure or maybe some dependency is missing?

Could you tell us which operating system you're trying to build on, and its version, to begin with?

It's CentOS 9 with EPEL (if/when needed) but!.. I'm using gcc15 tool kit (which is non-default & in case it matters)

This is a duplicate of #14549, fixed by #14550, I'll do a backport asap so this gets available in 5.0.2.

In the meantime, you can apply the patch in #14550 by hand, it's a single line to add.

.spec files - from what I can see - for rpm builds go there & only there - when do you think a "fixed" tar gets there?
I've looked at where you pointed - for a patch - but failed to find an actual .patch file - is such file there? This is for recursor I need it.

Turns out 5.0.1 already has this fix. Are you sure you are building 5.0.1? How/where did you get the source archive?

Oh, sorry I have been confused, I was referring to the auth server, not the recursor. The recursor indeed does not have this fix until version 5.1, I don't know what @omoerbeek's plans are regarding the recursor.
