plot spread covariates on landscape

fireSense could previously plot spreadProb by fuel classes. I removed the function as it was no longer functional (dependent on mutually exclusive fuel classes). However, it would be worthwhile to plot the spread covariates. Currently, at no point in the workflow are the PCA axes actually plotted
