wasm , js(ir) support

It works perfectly on desktop/android but I noticed it doesn't work on wasm and wasm is still experimental but js(ir) is not... I guess to make it work for both it should be pretty similar.

I think we will include that into 0.9.0 but any PR warmly welcomed :)

@gochev The compose with WASM is still alpha and browser example of this project runs perfectly with js(IR) enabled.

I have done other optimizations for 0.9.0 and I think I will not focus on WASM when it is not at least beta ;)

If you really see KodeView with wasm, please create a simple PR with showcase
