Tanstack Start: Browser goes unresponsive on code changes

Describe the bug

I am running pnpm dev on my Tanstak Start app. The app is running on localhost:3000. On every code change and save, the browser tries to reload the changes, but it becomes unresponsive.

To see the changes, I need to close the browser tab and open another fresh tab with the URL.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

Expected behavior

The changes should reflect after a HMR on the souce file code changes.

The Browser gets completely unresponsive

This is more reproducible when we do a hard refresh on the browser.

None of the navigation, back, or forward buttons work too
