Add more organizations

I did some investigation and found a number of organizations that might make sense to add to the community site. These need to be researched to determine if it makes sense to add.

• Fort Detrick Alliance, looking at the membership, there's not actually much there. It seems like the organization actually does extremely little (at least, that's what kind be ascertained by examining the website).
