Points buffer omits some points

Came across this issue when using dropchop and after discussing over there, discovered it was an underlying Turf issue.

In short: running a buffer on this geojson of point data, two of the cities don't receive a buffer when the distance is more than 82 miles.

I did a little more digging on this and think I've discovered the trouble.

• Dropchop is using Turf v2.0.2
• Turf v2.0.2 has a turf-buffer dependency of v1.0.1.
• The latest turf-buffer version is v1.0.2.

I ran turf buffer on @tolomaps's GeoJSON file using v1.0.1 and v1.0.2. The former produced the same missing buffers while latter provided all the correct buffers. I think the solution is to bump the turf-buffer dependency in the package.json for Turf.
