Security: How to report a vulnerability

Hi, I've identified a potential security issue in csv-parse. I'd like to report it privately but I don't see a SECURITY.md or private reporting enabled. What's the preferred way to send security reports? Thanks.

There is little chance that the severity is so high that the vulnerability couldn't be publicly reported here. Do you confirm ?
