Virtualized Table Resize crashes Storybook in React 19

This took a bit of investigation, but appears to have broken in #8296, which made React 19 the default.

🤔 Expected Behavior?

Dev server should not crash.

😯 Current Behavior

Dev server crashes.

1. Visit the "virtualized-table-with-resizing" story in the local storybook.
2. Try resizing columns
3. Dev server will crash with call stack size exceeded.

I'm not sure why, but it appears to be tied up to the storybook action calls for hovering the resizer. I don't think anything else travels that direction. Also, removing them appears to fix it. I would guess something about serializing that event? it doesn't appear to be because too many of them were happening.

We used to have a limit on action payload depth, will have to see if we can use that again.

I would expect a max depth or circular reference error if this was due to serialization, but dont think its worth the time to dig. A payload limit seems to make sense for me👍
