Setup Continuous Integration pipeline for the repository

Requirements

• The CI pipeline should use GitHub Action workflow
• The workflow should cover these cases:

1. Build (Checking for Compilation errors)
2. Lint (Checking and Enforcing Code Style consistency)
3. Test (Unit test only for now)
