Attachment reference link missing #115

Hi,
First, many thanks for having provided this tool !
After having exported my notes from Onenote 2016 (in Joplin raw folder) without any problems and then reimported them in Joplin, I've noticed that several (not all) attachments reference links were missing in notes. The attachment files are well imported but some links are missing. Instead, there is a text like that : <<filename.pdf>> (for example).
As the files were renamed with a unique id, I can't find the file corresponding to a note anymore in the file list.
To reproduce that, I've tried many setups. My conclusion is when there is more than one attachment outside a text container in the OneNote note, the bug is showing for every attachment outside a text container. When every attachment is in a text container, no problem. When there is only one attachment outside, no problem.

No error in log file.
