The new ebsvnme script not installed by the .spec file

In https://github.com/amazonlinux/amazon-ec2-utils/commit/4e459693862922d72381df5ac18b0f4a69d8a8fe ebsnvme script was added.

Should it also be installed by the .spec file somewhere?
