Hi there, i created a project on github that can help you to reproduce the issue. Just clone it and make ```
mvn clean install

In my case plugin ignored Server class from jetty-server.jar and a as result i got message ```
Unused declared dependencies found

with latest 3.3.0 version problem still exists

This was fixed by apache/maven-dependency-analyzer#102, released in maven-dependency-analyzer 1.14.0 and used by maven-dependency-plugin starting with 3.7.0. The linked reproducer passes with maven-dependency-plugin 3.7.0 and the current 3.11.0 release, so this issue can be closed.
