Is there a plan to make this MCP available for Jira/Confluence Data Center (self-managed)

I noticed that the new MCP feature is currently available for the Cloud version of Jira and Confluence.
Could you please share whether there are any plans to make it available for the Data Center (self-managed) deployment as well? If so, is there a tentative timeline or roadmap item for this?
