I would like to ask the developers if there are any plans to add a native WhatsApp integration to Attio. I noticed that there was a community-built integration released back in December 2025, but it appears to be no longer available.
We are very interested in working with the official WhatsApp Business API directly through Attio.
Required features:
1:1 Conversations
Broadcast campaigns
Chat automation
Context & Use Case:
I run a B2C healthcare insurance brokerage in LatAm. In our market, WhatsApp is absolutely essential for our day-to-day operations and customer communication.
Currently, we are using Kommo, but we are very eager to migrate to Attio. However, we cannot make the decision to switch until a native WhatsApp integration is available, as it is a complete dealbreaker for our workflow.
