Bug Report: Base Notification – No Phone Popup on Send

Description

When sending a notification, the notification appears in the notification section of the app, but no popup/push notification is displayed on the device.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Trigger a notification send action
2. Observe the notification section in the app — the notification is listed there
3. Observe the device — no popup or push notification appears

Expected Behavior

A push notification popup should appear on the device when a notification is sent.

Actual Behavior

The notification is recorded in the notification section, but no popup is shown on the phone.
