Scale bar text rending for meter units #208

Hi @tpietzsch,
The BioImage Archive decided to save all image data in meter units.
Thus, many images have now voxel sizes of 0.0000001 meter.
The scale bar in BDV then just shows a plain zero in such cases.
Is there anything one could do about this?
