Bnd JAR does not contain launcher JAR (biz.aQute.runtime.jar)

Previously bnd.jar embedded biz.aQute.runtime.jar in the aQute.bnd.test package. The latest build does not embed that JAR, so launching a runtime fails.

Fixed, though slightly different than suggested. I am copying all files except *.class and *.java. I often store icons in there
