Add language support matrix #53
Description
An enhancement to wasi.dev would be to have a matrix of support for WASI releases for each language ecosystem. A great example is @yoshuawuyts's Programming Language Support table from his awesome-wasm-components one pager. Fermyon also has one that includes Core and Browser support categories but isn't as granular on WASI versions. Here is the GitHub repo for that table.
