Landing pages for Editions, Buy now page and checkout page

We will need 2 separate landing pages for each license edition (CE and EE).
We will add a Product Sub Menu to the navigation bar.

The buy now page will have a feature overview on the left and a selection of options on the right similar to apple.

These are the options:

1. Self-hosted or Cloud
2. B2B or B2C

if B2C you can buy either a PRO subscription or a TEAM subscription. For B2B this is not possible.

If selected TEAM:

How many user seats do you need?

If Cloud is selected:

How many runtime minutes do you need? Slider Between 200min and 10000min a month or pay as you go.
