Document the publishing process of an episode

Things to consider when creating a new post:

• Episode URL
  • Should be of the format /episodes/:episode_number
• Podcast feed metadata
• Show notes
• Audio file bitrate
• Publishing procedure
  • Social media, etc.

I'd add: make sure to attach the artwork as a thumbnail image for the post (in the Options tab of Squarespace's post authoring interface), in addition to embedding it in the audio itself.

I don't know where this shows up, but it seems like a good thing to do.

Squarespace is hooked up to @codeoptional, so all we need to do is flip the appropriate switch under the Social tab of the post authoring interface.

Then, we can all: RT it or post an original tweet, post to Facebook, and someone can post to NSCoders.
