So webpack 5 has a weird issue seen here: https://github.com/webpack/webpack/issues/11467 for which there was a fix here: https://github.com/babel/babel/issues/12058 However css-vendor has not cut a release after updating dependencies, which will solve this issue for us. please make a new release!
