Describe the feature you'd like to request

I want a notification when a release is complete. The intention is to post a slack message from my own system that would receive that event, or from ctrlplane directly.

I would prefer not to dictate, but webhooks would be fine.

At what level would you want to receive notifications? Should they trigger after each target deployment or only once the entire environment is complete?

For my current use case, each env only has 1 release target so it's the same question. I think a slack notification makes sense to send when a whole environment is updated. Projecting forward, dozens of notifications would be too many to notify about. Though I can imagine a system might be interested in each release target for analytics / correlation purposes?
