Prediction for updated 4gqq structure fails #183
Description
As described in rdk/p2rank#78, the prediction for the following structure fails because of BioJava: https://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/entry-files/download/4gqq_updated.cif
The bug has not yet been fixed in BioJava upstream, so let's wait for a new release. Once the update is available, we should update java-tools to fix this.
